Terms of Service

Effective: October 9, 2026 · Last updated: October 9, 2026

These Terms describe the current free Clavendar beta, a web application for creators to organize ideas and posting schedules. By registering or using Clavendar, you agree to these Terms, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

1. Operator and service

Clavendar is independently operated by Mathieu Claveau in Québec, Canada, not by a registered corporation. For support or legal inquiries contact support@clavendar.com.

The beta currently offers a content calendar, Idea Bank, account features, and planning for multiple social platforms. A scheduled item is a planning reminder only. It does not automatically publish to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Kick or X. Future integrations and the Clavee AI assistant are not available and have no guaranteed launch dates.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement for the service where you live. If you are a minor, please do not register unless your parent or legal guardian has approved the use where required by law. Provide a working email address, keep your login information private and notify us of unauthorized account access through the Support page.

3. Your content and permissions

You keep your rights to the titles, ideas, notes and other content you add to Clavendar. You give the operator a limited permission to store, process, synchronize, display and back up that content solely to operate and maintain the service, and to handle associated support requests. You are responsible for having permission to use anything you upload or submit.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with the website or its security, exploit vulnerabilities, submit unlawful or infringing content, or misuse feedback and support functions. Do not use the service in ways that break applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Beta limitations and availability

Clavendar is currently offered free of charge in beta and is under active development. Features can change or be temporarily unavailable. We aim to maintain service reliability but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintain your own copy of essential ideas and schedules using the available backup export. Clavendar does not guarantee audience growth, views, reach, publication, or business results.

6. Changes, suspension and ending use

You may stop using Clavendar at any time and request deletion through Account settings or Support. Deletion requests are reviewed manually; submission alone does not mean data has already been removed. We may suspend access for suspected misuse, account compromise or security risks, while respecting applicable legal obligations. If material changes to these Terms occur, the updated version will be published with reasonable notice when required.

7. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about account details, stored content, hosting services, and deletion requests.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

The beta is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protection protections. If a problem arises, please contact us first at support@clavendar.com so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived by these Terms.
